JetBlue announced that it has equipped with iPad Mini for each flight crew from April 2015. The crew members, including service personnel, can process payment through their flight service assistant. Flight Service Assistant , translate and exchange, help to check passengers; information and meet the special needs of passengers. Through the SA application program, the crew be able to show the special needs of individual passengers, indicate the passengers who need special attention, and whether they are the old customers of JetBlue. This IFSA application are also flight payment systems and language translation systems. The system can learn the taste of the passenger favorite drinks or snacks based on the passengers; previous purchase records.
