、Use brass sheet to squeeze into the gap between the product and the mold and pry the product out of the mold cavity, but use this method with caution for non-ferrous alloy molds.
、In order to achieve this purpose, brass sheet should be available on the injection molding machine (e.g. 3MM thick, 300MM wide, front end molded into a knife shaped brass sheet
、Using a screwdriver as a substitute can cause major damage to the mold.
、For products that can neither be cut nor cracked, use the above-mentioned brass piece to tap directly into the product with a hammer. However, this may cause the surface of the mold cavity to be concave, so only crack the surface of the product and the surface of the model, and do not touch the surface of the mold cavity.
、In order to cut off the products also have a direct method of heating with a torch, which is only effective for large occasions. However, be careful to keep it away from combustible materials. For small applications, you can use the method described in “35 Methods for Removing the Residual Material in the Injection Port, Point 4” to remove the residual material.
、If there is a small part of the product residue that can not be removed by any means, use the solvent of this material (such as acetone, etc.) coated on it, to be dissolved and knocked out with a brass rod, but be careful that the solvent is not close to the fire.
、Remove the surface of the cavity of the residual product, wipe it clean with a cloth and spray it with release agent. But pay attention to the release agent on the secondary processing of the product (coating, dissolving, etc.) has an impact, use with caution.
